The Royals

Royal Life

We cultivate your curiosity

This is our active promise to all current and soon-to-be Royals.

It’s how we talk about our commitment to investing in the key characteristic we value so highly.

In bringing your curiosity out in weird and wonderful ways, we make you a better Royal, us a better agency and help you continue to smash it - day in and day out.

A unicorn with a penny farthing.

Creativity powered by diversity, unified by culture

The Royals have always believed diversity was our secret sauce for consistently great creative thinking. That's why we consciously strive to create a positive, supportive and safe environment where everyone can thrive.

It's through our unique and potent culture, that we harness the power of our diverse collective and offer a place where all Royals can bring their authentic selves every day, to share, to celebrate, and contribute; to create our best work…together.

No team-building workshops here

At The Royals, we have action-packed all-agency adventures. We’ve been quad biking in Nelson Bay (2022), ‘laxing in Lorne (2021, 2020), and taking time out in Tasmania (2019). Our annual three-day Royals UNconference serves to celebrate our successes as a team, gives us all some time to unwind and lets us us embrace our #mostinterested ethos.

Go bigger in Texas

Each year, one very lucky Royal wins a trip to SXSW in Austin, Texas. The winner tends to eat their weight in tacos and attend extremely epic events. Could you be next?

Where the magic happens

We opened our Sydney office in Surry Hills in 2014, filling it with mid-century furniture and a boardroom table made from a high school basketball court. The rooftop deck is the perfect place for after work drinks.

We opened our Melbourne office in a Cremorne warehouse in 2011, and did what any ‘normal’ business would do with the excess space - built an office chair racetrack! Now, the place is filled with beautiful Royals and features a boardroom hidden behind a bookshelf.

Values we love and live by at The Royals.

We’ve always got each other’s backs and that extends to collaborators and clients, too.

Having the swagger and bravery to take risks and fight for ideas that will create change.

We love what we do, celebrate our successes, and hit each day with enthusiasm to make a difference.

We are always looking to work and collaborate with the #mostinterested people.
