GMHBA insurance company was battling an ageing customer base, decreasing margins and disinterest from younger customers. We took charge of the situation by creating a new insurance brand that was “Frank by name and frank by nature”, weaving a no-bullshit approach to all aspects of the customer experience.

Frank became GMHBA’s fastest growing brand, driven by a brand awareness much greater than its media share of voice (26% vs less than 1% respectively).
